When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged at the end of each trip.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We monitor all the flight. You don’t need to call us if your flight is delayed. You do need to call us only if your flight information changes.

Are you charging extra if my flight is delayed?

There is no extra charged if your flight is delayed.

Can I pay for someone else’s booking using my credit card?

Yes. The easiest way is to call our dispatch and provide the credit card information. The card will be charged in the end of the trip.

Where does the driver typically meet me at the airport?

At Fort Myers Airport (RSW) we recommend to call us after you pick up your luggage and our driver will pick you up in about 2 min from the terminal door. That’s the fastest and easiest way. In a case when you have lots of luggage let us know at the time of reservation, and our driver will be happy to meet you at the luggage claim to assist you at no extra charge.
Note: If the driver meets you at the luggage claim it will take him 10 to 15 min to get the car and pick you up because the parking exit is located after the terminals and we need to make a full circle to get back to the terminals.
– At Miami International Airport (MIA), Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), Naples Municipal Airport (APF), Punta Gorda Airport (PGD) or Tampa International Airport (TPA) our chauffeur will meet you at the luggage claim and assist you to the gate.

Is there an extra fee for an additional stop?

Yes, based on the location of the stop. If is on the way and no longer than 15 min we will charge you 10 dollars. An extra stop should be requested at the time of the reservation.

Can you provide child safety seats?

Yes we do. There is no additional fee. Child seat should be requested at the time of the reservation.
Note: Due to liability issues our drivers are not allowed to install safety seats. They can assist you installing the seat but you are the one responsible to ensure the seat was installed properly!

What if I travel alone and need help with my luggage?

Our driver will be happy to assist you with the luggage.

How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?

We do our best to accommodate every customer’s request including short notice reservations. For guaranteed service the reservation must be made at least 24 Hours prior to the requested pick up time.

What is the recommend travel time from Naples to Fort Myers Airport (RSW)?

Usually it takes 40-45min, depends on the traffic.

How will I pay for my ride?

You can pay with any credit card or cash. The credit card number provided at the time of your reservation is used only for guaranteed payment.
